Great dish. Very flavorful. Great service
Oxtail Stew
Can't get enough of their food! Everything on the menu is delicious and I'm happy to share that there's a little spice to the oxtails but each bite is tender. Ofcourse the rice and peas were delicious, the hint of coconut milk infused is a delight for the palate. Plantains? Scrumptious! Hurry for more because they DO Sellout, but you won't be disappointed by trying another entree.
Chicken Curry with Roti
I've had many dishes from Ms. Yonette over the years and all are superb! As a Guyanese lady living 3000 miles away from the rest of her family on the East Coast, Caribbean Gourmet is a wonderful taste of home, family and love. Try everything but the chicken curry with roti is a particular fave. And the cheese roll is the most flakey, buttery, delicious cheese roll I've ever had! ??[?]

To my delight I've found a place that offers one of the best plates of Caribbean food I've ever tasted. Flavorful and affordable. The flavors were deep and intense. I enjoyed every minute while eating.. I've tried every plate and the patties. I highly recommend the Caribbean gourmet.
Jerk Chicken
Was my first time going to Caribbean gourmet & the chef suggested the jerk chicken it was delicious !will definitely be going back to try the other dishes on their menu!!!! Thank you Chef
Chicken Curry with Roti
First visit & it won't be our last. The meals my family enjoyed were delicious as well as filling. A new favorite spot to visit in San Gabriel. Worth the trip.

So much flavour. I am from Bangladesh and this curry hit the spice profile I need in my life. I am so glad to have access to this food so close to me. I will be back to try EVERYTHING.
Oxtail Stew
Everything here is incredible and made with such thought and love. There really is no comparison anywhere in Los Angeles Chef Yonette is gem. The oxtails are a spiritual experience and the best I have ever had and I have had that dish all over the country including New York. The crab soup is absolutely unreal just everything that graces this menu is fantastic and I have never been let down. I also love that they do specials and interesting new curries! If you are in the mood for Caribbean food there is nowhere else to consider. Please support this place and experience what I keep going on about.
